Avalon Harbor
Avalon Harbor is located in the Eastern side of Catalina island, 22 miles Southwest of Los Angeles Harbor breakwater. This anchorage has berths for boats, coordinated exclusively by the Port Authority. This is who is also responsible for security and law enforcement, administration and maintenance. The island is about 76 square kilometers, which, 85% is in a nature conservation area.
